Role Description
Job Title: Video Editor
Location: Remote
Shift: 5:00 AM 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Create high-retention, scroll-stopping videos with strong hooks
- Use AI content creation tools to improve workflow, add AI-generated footage, and enhance visuals and storytelling
- Perform green screen edits, masking, keying, and polish raw footage
- Edit UGC content, testimonials, and Meta + YouTube ad creatives
- Craft clean pacing, strong structure, smooth transitions, and compelling storytelling
- Collaborate with the creative team to build impactful social media assets
- Stay updated with new video editing trends and incorporate them into content
- Maintain brand consistency across all video edits
Requirements:
- Minimum 23 years of solid video editing experience
- Comfortable working with fast turnaround times
- Strong social-first editing mindset (short-form + long-form content)
- Good understanding of Meta and YouTube ad creatives, hooks, pacing, and retention strategies
- Knowledge of AI tools for smarter and more efficient editing
- Creative, innovative, reliable, and passionate about making engaging social content
