Job Title: Junior Video Editor
Role Summary : Edit high-impact, fast-paced videos for ads and reels. Your core job is to identify strong hooks, keep attention high, and optimise for performance, not cinematic storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
● Edit short-form videos for Meta ads and Instagram Reels
● Cut videos with strong hooks in the first 2–3 seconds
● Add captions, text overlays, sound effects, and pacing optimised for mobile
● Repurpose influencer and UGC content into ad-ready formats
● Iterate creatives quickly based on performance feedback
● Follow brand guidelines while prioritising speed and clarity
Must-Have Experience
● 1–2 years experience in short-form vide
o editing● Strong understanding of Reels / Ads formats and trends
● Proven ability to identify hooks and edit for retention
● Proficient in tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
● Portfolio or sample work mandatory
Location: DN Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai (on site) CTC: Rs35,000 - Rs50,000 p.m
