Role Description

• Experience: 15 years
• Location: On-site (Gurgaon)

We're looking for a Video Editor who understands performance-driven content and knows how to create scroll-stopping videos for Meta ads (Instagram & Facebook). If you can turn raw footage into high-converting creatives, this role is for you.

What you will do:

• Edit short-form videos for performance marketing campaigns (Reels, Stories, Ads)
• Create high-impact creatives for Meta ads with strong hooks and pacing
• Experiment with different formats to improve CTR, retention & conversions
• Work closely with marketing and growth teams to test & scale winning creatives
• Optimize videos based on performance insights

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Strong understanding of Meta ad formats & best practices
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro
• Bonus: Experience editing for fintech, consumer apps, or startups
• Experience in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality.
• Skills in Motion Graphics and basic knowledge of Graphics to create dynamic visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with video editing software/tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
