Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor/Content Creator with 2-3 Years of experience to join our marketing and communications department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, videography, and content creation, with mandatory experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality video content to showcase properties, including virtual tours, property highlights, and promotional videos.
• Develop 3D/CGI videos for promotional and social media campaigns.
• Capture professional video footage with attention to composition, lighting, and audio quality.
• Edit and enhance videos to produce visually engaging content for platforms such as social media, websites, and presentations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video projects aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to elevate storytelling and visuals.
• Oversee video projects from pre-production to post-production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effect, Adobe Illustrator, Blender or equivalent tools.
• Ability to incorporate 3D videos or CGI into projects is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Experience:

• Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Video Editor, Videographer, or Content Creator, with mandatory experience in the real estate sector.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative video projects.
• Experience with drone videography and photography is a plus.
