What You'll Do

• Edit and deliver high-quality content using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ensure strong pacing, storytelling, and smooth overall viewing experience
• Manage technical post-production workflows efficiently
• Conduct detailed audio-video quality checks (AVQC) for episodes and delivered content
• Prepare and maintain AVQC reports
• Coordinate with channel teams, production houses, producers, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Manage backups and archival of project files, masters, and related assets
• Coordinate revisions and ensure timely delivery of corrected masters
• Handle minor edits, trims, supers, and technical corrections wherever required

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of post-production workflows and delivery processes
• Strong eye for detail and technical accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Working knowledge of After Effects or other post-production tools
• Experience working on OTT, YouTube, or episodic content
• Familiarity with different export formats, codecs, and delivery standards
• Understanding of content performance and audience retention
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
