Role Description

We are looking for a versatile Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Lead who is equally comfortable in the creative and technical worlds. You will lead the post-production of high-end content, taking 3D and motion assets and turning them into polished stories.

Core Responsibilities:

• Creative Editing: Lead the storyboard and final assembly and storytelling in Premiere Pro.
• Motion Graphics: Refine and re-compose After Effects assets for multi-platform delivery (including aspect ratio adaptations).
• 3D Workflow: Manage the integration of Blender renders into the Adobe ecosystem.
• Workflow Leadership: Set up project structures, manage Dynamic Links, and ensure projects run smoothly without lag or missing files.
• Sound & Finishing: Finalise audio and colour to ensure a premium output.

Qualifications:

• Technical Mastery: 5-6+ years of experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Software Fluency: Familiarity with Blender workflows is a significant plus.
• Problem Solver: Someone who can take a messy project and organise it into a professional, scalable file.
• Attention to Detail: A perfectionist approach to file naming and project organisation.
• Fluency in English at a very high professional or bilingual level
