We work with brands across fashion, wellness, F&B, jewelry, and lifestyle categories, producing everything from UGC-style ad creatives to brand films.

Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our team remotely. You'll work closely with our creative and performance marketing teams to edit high-quality video content for Meta/Instagram ads, reels, and client social media — content that's built not just to look good, but to convert.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video ads (UGC, product, testimonial-style) optimized for Meta/Instagram performance
• Cut and repurpose raw footage into reels, ad creatives, and social media content
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and basic color correction
• Work from creative briefs and hooks/scripts provided by the strategy team
• Iterate quickly on creatives based on performance feedback and client input
• Organize and manage a library of raw footage, assets, and finished exports
• Stay updated on trending edit styles, formats, and templates relevant to performance ads

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Understanding of short-form content formats (Reels, Shorts, UGC ads)
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for social/performance content
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics/text animation is a plus
• Ability to take feedback and turn around edits quickly
• Own laptop/PC with editing software and stable internet connection
• Prior editing experience/portfolio (student projects, personal reels, freelance work) preferred but not mandatory
