Job Title: Video Editor

About the Role:
Rajni Dutta Art & Design is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to support the production of high-quality online courses, YouTube videos, and social media reels. The role involves transforming raw footage of art processes, workshops, and brand stories into engaging, visually appealing content that reflects our premium, artistic, and culturally rich brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form videos for online art courses (step-by-step tutorials, masterclasses, workshops).
- Create engaging YouTube videos including intros, outros, transitions, and storytelling edits.
- Produce short-form vertical content (Reels, Shorts, social media videos) optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Add basic motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, and subtitles where required.
- Sync audio, clean background noise, and enhance overall sound quality.
- Color correct and enhance visuals to maintain a consistent, premium look.
- Follow brand guidelines, visual style, and content tone.
- Collaborate with the creative team for revisions, feedback, and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in editing educational content, YouTube videos, and social media reels.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience with vertical video formats (9:16) and horizontal formats (16:9).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on a deadline-driven, on-demand basis.
- Understanding of content for digital learning platforms is a plus.
- Passion for art, design, culture, and creative storytelling is highly desirable.
