Video Editor

PWG is looking for a Video Editor with 1+ year of experience to join our growing team.

You'll work across multiple brands and projects, creating content for social media, campaigns, brand storytelling, digital marketing, and more.

What you'll do

• Edit long/short-form videos, Reels, ads, and social media content
• Work with raw footage, scripts and creative briefs
• Adapt content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms
• Maintain consistency with different brand identities
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams
• Stay updated with current video, editing, and social media trends

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of professional video editing experience
• Strong command of Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve or equivalent tools
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and visual composition
• Understanding of short-form content and social media formats
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A creative eye and willingness to experiment

Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, color grading, commercial edits or performance marketing creatives.
