Role Description The Freelance Video Editor, based in the Pune Division. This role involves editing short-form and long-form video content, primarily for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels and posts. The Video Editor will collaborate with the creative team to assemble footage, apply transitions, sync audio, add motion graphics, and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables. Daily tasks include organizing raw assets, selecting the best clips, performing basic color correction, and preparing final exports aligned with platform specifications and project timelines. The role also requires contributing creative ideas, adapting content for different formats, and maintaining a high standard of visual storytelling.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for social media and digital content.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent and engaging visual style.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling.
Experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Solid understanding of social media formats, particularly Instagram Reels and posts.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams on-site.
Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; a strong portfolio demonstrating video editing work is required.
