Role Overview

We are hiring a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content for hospital brands, doctors, and consumer clients. This is not a generic editing role. You will be cutting Reels, doctor-led content, patient testimonials, hospital campaign videos, and paid ad creatives, often on tight client turnarounds. You need an eye for pacing, platform-specific formats, and what actually performs on Instagram and Meta Ads, not just clean cuts.

What You Will Do

• Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads across multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Cut doctor interviews, hospital walkthroughs, patient testimonials, and procedure explainers with sensitivity to healthcare context
• Build ad creatives optimized for Meta and Google video specs, including different aspect ratios and durations for the same brief
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and color grading to match each brand's visual identity
• Work directly with the content and strategy team to interpret briefs and shoot footage into a final cut
• Manage version control and quick-turnaround revisions based on client feedback
• Maintain a consistent output cadence across multiple clients in a given month

What We Are Looking For

• 2 plus years of experience editing for social media or digital marketing, agency experience preferred
• Strong command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects is a plus
• Understanding of platform-native formats: Reels vs Shorts vs static-feed video vs paid ad specs
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality, this role involves volume across multiple brands
• Healthcare or medical content experience is a strong plus, not mandatory
• Comfortable taking direction from a written brief and from raw, unscripted footage
• A portfolio or reel that shows range: brand content, ad creatives, and short-form social cuts
