About the Role

TargetBay is looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our marketing team. In this role, you will create compelling video content that helps drive brand awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement across digital channels.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to produce high-quality videos for social media, product marketing, customer success stories, webinars, and demand generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Create short-form and long-form content, including product demos, feature announcements, customer testimonials, webinars, and promotional videos.
• Add motion graphics, animations, captions, transitions, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketers to develop video concepts and storytelling approaches.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and audience segments.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience creating content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, audio editing, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS, technology, B2B, or eCommerce brands.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and basic graphic design.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and content creation workflows.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects.
