Role Description The Video Editor role at Pixel Lift is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. In this role, the Video Editor will assemble raw footage into polished videos, apply color grading, and ensure smooth transitions, sound alignment, and visual consistency. The role includes collaborating with the creative team on concepts, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and adapting content for various platforms and formats. The Video Editor will manage project files, follow brand guidelines, and meet production timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. This position requires close coordination with producers, designers, and other team members to deliver compelling visual stories.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage and refining narrative flow.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, consistency, and overall image quality.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and branding.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of audio editing, basic sound design, and export formats for different platforms.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accept feedback and iterate on creative direction.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work is required.
