Role Description As a Video Editor at Pixel Lift, you will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished, compelling videos that align with project briefs and brand guidelines. On a day-to-day basis, you will select and organize clips, apply transitions, sync audio, perform basic color adjustments, and integrate motion graphics or titles as needed. You will collaborate closely with producers, designers, and other team members to refine concepts, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring consistent presence at the studio for teamwork, reviews, and production planning.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to manage footage, timelines, and overall narrative flow.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, consistency, and overall image quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, overlays, and visual elements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound synchronization.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, work with feedback constructively, and meet project deadlines.
• Relevant experience in video editing for marketing, social media, or commercial projects; a portfolio or showreel is required.
• Diploma or degree in film, media, animation, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
