Role Description The Video Editor role at Persistence is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into polished content for product demos, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include organizing footage, applying visual transitions, color grading, adding motion graphics, and ensuring brand consistency across all video assets. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and design teams to understand project objectives and translate concepts into engaging visual stories. The Video Editor will also assist in basic video production tasks, maintain an organized media library, and optimize videos for different platforms and formats.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling footage, trimming clips, and creating cohesive narratives.

• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of video content.

• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate titles, overlays, animations, and visual elements.

• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) (e.g., After Effects).
