We're expanding our design & editing team and are looking for a talented Editor who can bring creative vision, speed, and craft to our stories.
Role & Responsibilitie
- sEdit short-form social media content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) that is engaging, snackable, and platform-friendly
- .Edit long-form content (YouTube interviews, podcasts, documentaries, etc.) ensuring strong storytelling flow, pacing, and narrative build-up
- .Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and designers to maintain POI's unique storytelling style
- .Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound design as needed for impact
- .Manage end-to-end post-production including footage organization, rough cuts, final edits, and delivery
- .Stay updated with latest social media editing trends, formats, and styles
- .Work with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards

- tsProven experience in both short-form and long-form editing (social media + cinematic projects
