Responsibilities (a.k.a. What you'll handle)
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualise visuals based on requirements.
- Think creatively and develop new video ads, logos, motion graphic videos, digital ads (flyers, pamphlets, social media ads, banners, e-mailers, brochures, icons, gifs, etc.), design concepts, graphics, layouts & and other branding materials.
- Amend and format existing marketing materials using Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma, and/or alternate preferred software).
- Test graphics across various media.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Collaborate with the various teams, internally and with the client team, and work closely with them to meet the deadlines.
- Work with content writers and the creative director to produce a final design
- Actively contributing design solutions to pitch presentations.
- Creating visual elements such as logos, event identities, stage designs, and event collaterals like posters, invitations, branding, e-mailers, print campaigns, etc.
- Creating digital collaterals like reels, thumbnails, motion graphics, and more.
- Designing walkthroughs, typefaces, logos, swishes, and other sounds and artwork.
- Create stickers, brand portfolio, logo folio, and more.
- Ensuring designs are ready, documented, and adhere to brand and strategy guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma/graduate/postgraduate from a relevant design school or any graphic designer course; yes if you have what it takes, we do not mind where you hailed from.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator, Corel knowledge of motion graphics, animation, video creatives and editing, and anything similar.
- A strong design portfolio illustrating brand experience, market experience, and design aesthetics. This is a must, as we get scores of applicants and we will read through all, but a portfolio will help us reach out to you at light speed.
- Own a laptop to ensure you have the right tools that you are most comfortable working with along with basic software.
- Bonus if you have a tab and are a PROCREATE genius.
