Job Description
We are hiring for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor who understands not just how to editbut why to edit.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a deep sense of storytelling to create engaging, high-quality video content that captures attention and drives impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into compelling, polished videos aligned with brand and content goals
Apply storytelling techniques to enhance narrative flow, pacing, and emotional impact
Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and production teams
Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, and sound design where necessary
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all videos
Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong command of video editing software such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects (preferred)
Solid understanding of:
Cuts, transitions, pacing, and rhythm
Color grading and correction
Audio editing and sound design
Ability to transform scripts and raw footage into engaging stories
Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings
Attention to detail and creative problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in storytelling-driven content (YouTube, ads, documentaries, etc.)
Understanding of audience retention and engagement strategies
Good command on motion graphics or animation skills
Familiarity with social media trends and content styles
Portfolio Requirement:

Technical editing skills
