Video Editor

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for storytelling, timing, and rhythm, and be able to turn raw footage into engaging, polished video content for digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

• Trim footage segments, add music, transitions, effects, subtitles, and brand elements

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver as per brief

• Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging

• Manage and organize project files and backups efficiently

• Stay updated on current editing styles, social media trends, and content formats (reels, shorts, etc.)

• Experience editing short-form content like reels or shorts

• Familiarity with YouTube and Instagram content best practices

• Basic understanding of thumbnail creation or basic design (Photoshop)

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, video editing software

• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audio syncing

• Basic knowledge of color correction and sound editing

• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines

• Portfolio or showreel showcasing previous editing work
