Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and talented Multimedia Developer with a keen eye for design and detail to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging multimedia content across various digital platforms. As a key team member, you'll thrive in a collaborative, high-speed environment and demonstrate the agility required of a startup. You are a self-starter, a fast learner, and a go-getter with a passion for storytelling through visuals and sound.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation:Design and develop visually appealing graphics, animations, videos, interactive media, and audio for web, mobile, and social platforms.
- Project Execution:Translate concepts and ideas into compelling multimedia content in compliance with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaboration:Work closely with designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
- Editing & Post-production:Edit raw video and audio material, create motion graphics, and apply effects to enhance the user experience.
- Quality Control:Meticulously review and refine multimedia content to ensure high production standards, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Content Optimization:Adapt and optimize multimedia content for various devices, platforms, and screen sizes.
- Innovation:Explore and integrate the latest multimedia technologies, tools, and trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Troubleshooting:Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and creative challenges efficiently during content development and deployment.
Requirements
- Experience:2-3 years of professional experience as a Multimedia Developer or in a similar multimedia/creative role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with animation tools (e.g., Blender, Animate, etc.)
- Familiarity with video/audio codecs, compression techniques, and optimization best practices.
- Creative Acumen:Strong design sensibility and a portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and interactive work.
- Soft Skills:
- Keen eye for detail and quality.
- Self-starter with a go get it attitude.
- Fast learner with adaptability to evolving project demands and priorities.
- Team player, effective communicator, and proactive collaborator.
- Startup Mindset:Willingness to go beyond the defined role to drive results and take on new challenges as the company evolves.
- Availability:Ability to work 6 days per week from the office; flexible and ready to meet project deadlines, sometimes on tight schedules.

- Proficient in Multimedia, including the creation, editing, and management of dynamic content
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including software proficiency

- Excellent team collaboration and project management skills
- Experience in the Edutech or digital marketing industry is a plus
