Job Description

Work Mode: On-site, Full Time

The Video Editor journey for you at Minimal Tweaks will look like this:

  • Understand and break down creative briefs to bring concepts to life using AI and traditional editing techniques.
  • Experience with video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
  • Create high-quality short-form content tailored for Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Use AI video generation, image generation, voice, and editing tools to create engaging visual content.
  • Enhance videos with motion graphics, sound design, dynamic transitions, and AI-generated assets.
  • Stay updated with AI tools, industry trends, and emerging video formats to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Experiment with AI workflows, prompting, visual effects, and new editing techniques to improve creative output.
  • Optimize video pacing, hooks, formats, and thumbnails to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Work under tight but realistic deadlines while maintaining creative quality and attention to detail.
