Role Overview

We're looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Editor who can take ownership of content and bring fresh, original ideas to the table
Someone who doesn't just execute but actively contributes to storytelling and creative direction
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality video content for social media (Instagram Reels, ads, campaigns, brand storytelling, etc.)
Conceptualize and execute engaging video formats aligned with brand identity
Take ownership of projects from raw footage to final output
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to ideate and improve creative output
Stay updated with trends, formats, and editing styles to keep content relevant and high-performing
Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining quality

Must-Have Requirements

Strong proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
Ability to independently think, ideate, and execute without constant direction
Experience in editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok-style videos, ads)
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment with new styles and tools
