Mattwork is a Registered YouTube automation agency with over 4 years of experience delivering end to end content production for Faceless YouTube creators worldwide.
We are hiring multiple Video Editors for full time and part time onsite roles at our Kalamassery office, Kochi Kerala. All required systems and devices will be provided.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-retention faceless niche YouTube videos (voice-over based, no on-camera host)
- Edit and optimise talking head short-form videos with precise cuts, captions, jump-cuts, and pacing
- Apply transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound design, and basic color grading as per content style
- Improve hooks, flow, and retention for each format independently
- Collaborate with the creative and scripting teams to hit daily production targets
- Maintain clean project structures and organised asset management
- Deliver assigned videos within 24-hour turnaround timelines when required by project demands
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Clear understanding of YouTube editing styles, pacing, and storytelling
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- High attention to detail with consistent output quality
