Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with strong cinematic editing, motion graphics, and advanced color grading expertise to join our in-house production team.

This is a full-time on-site role in Ernakulam where the editor will work closely with our creative and production team to craft high-quality reels, brand films, podcasts, and social media content.

The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling instincts and the ability to transform raw footage into visually compelling cinematic content optimized for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit cinematic videos, reels, brand films, and promotional content

Perform professional color grading to achieve consistent cinematic tones

Create motion graphics and animated visual elements for engaging storytelling

Develop high-impact social media reels optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and digital platforms

Work with DaVinci Resolve (Fusion), Premiere Pro, or similar tools for editing and compositing

Sync audio, enhance sound design, and maintain production quality standards

Collaborate with the creative team during production and post-production workflows

Maintain organized project files and ensure efficient editing pipelines

Deliver final videos in multiple formats optimized for different platforms

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Video Editing and Video Production

Advanced skills in Cinematic Color Grading

Experience with Motion Graphics and Visual Effects

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (including Fusion) or Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects

Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing

Ability to handle fast-paced editing workflows while maintaining quality

Familiarity with social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, vertical video)

Attention to detail and strong creative instincts

Degree in Film / Media / Communication is preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Skills

Experience editing cinematic reels and commercial videos

Knowledge of Fusion compositing, tracking, and effects

Understanding of LUTs, color spaces, and advanced grading techniques

Experience working with multicam podcast edits

Basic knowledge of sound design and audio mixing
