Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Chandigarh. The Video Editor will handle the full post-production workflow, including assembling raw footage, selecting key scenes, and creating polished video content for various digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing video and audio, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and visual effects, and collaborating with designers and producers to maintain brand consistency. The role also involves organizing media assets, optimizing content for different formats and channels, and contributing creative ideas to improve storytelling and audience engagement. The Video Editor is expected to work closely with the creative team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality, client-ready videos.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage end-to-end video production processes, including planning, shooting support, and post-production coordination.
• Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Proficiency in video color grading to achieve consistent visual style and enhance overall image quality.
• Experience with motion graphics and basic graphics design to create titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that support storytelling.
• Good understanding of audio editing, sound design, and exporting formats optimized for web, social media, and other digital channels.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Relevant experience in digital agencies, production houses, or similar creative environments; a portfolio showcasing video work is required.
• Formal education in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory if skills and portfolio are strong.
