G Square & Company is looking for a creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for social media, brand campaigns, product promotions, outlet launches, festive campaigns, digital marketing, and other creative requirements.

1. Create social media posts, stories, Reel covers, carousels, posters, banners, menus, and promotional creatives.
2. Edit Instagram Reels, product videos, promotional videos, brand videos, and short-form content.
3. Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects.
4. Handle video colour correction and colour grading.
5. Edit food, product, lifestyle, and brand images.
6. Create AI-generated images and visual concepts for campaigns, products, social media, and brand communication.
7. Create AI-generated videos, animations, promotional concepts, and short-form content using AI video-generation platforms.
8. Write and refine prompts for AI image generation and AI video generation.
9. Use AI tools for background generation, image enhancement, upscaling, object replacement, visual ideation, and creative experimentation.
10. Maintain brand consistency, logo accuracy, product appearance, typography, and visual identity in both traditional and AI-generated content.
11. Adapt creatives for different digital and print formats.
12. Work on outlet launches, product campaigns, festive campaigns, promotional offers, and brand communication.
13. Stay updated with social media, design, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-content trends.
14. Manage multiple creative requirements and deliver work within deadlines.

• Strong understanding of graphic design, layout, typography, colour, branding, and visual communication.
• Good knowledge of video production, video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of video colour correction and colour grading.
• Basic understanding of logo design, branding, and visual identity.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while working across multiple brands.
• Hands-on understanding of AI image generation and AI video generation.
• Ability to write effective prompts and improve AI-generated outputs.
• Ability to maintain product accuracy, logo consistency, text accuracy, proportions, and brand colours in AI-generated content.
• Ability to combine traditional design/editing workflows with AI-assisted creative production.

Proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop OR Adobe Illustrator OR Adobe Premiere Pro OR Adobe After Effects OR CorelDRAW OR CapCut Pro OR VN OR Canva OR Figma OR DaVinci Resolve OR similar professional graphic design/video editing software.

Working knowledge of AI creative tools such as:

ChatGPT Image Generation OR Gemini OR Adobe Firefly OR Midjourney OR Canva AI OR Runway OR Kling OR Google Flow/Veo OR Pika OR CapCut AI OR similar AI image/video generation tools.

Knowledge of every listed tool is not mandatory.

Candidates can use whichever professional design, editing, and AI-generation tools they are most comfortable and skilled in.

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Media, Fine Arts, Film Production, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates without a formal qualification can apply if they have strong practical skills and a good portfolio/showreel.

Selection will primarily be based on creativity, graphic design skills, video-editing ability, AI image/video generation skills, portfolio quality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
