Video Editor

### Key Responsibilities:

* Footage Assembly: Review raw footage and trim/cut segments to create a logical sequence.

* Basic Editing: Handle basic editing tasks including splicing, rearranging clips, and adding simple transitions (fades, cuts, dissolves).

* Audio Syncing: Synchronize audio with video tracks and add background music or voiceovers.

* Text & Graphics: Add simple text overlays, lower thirds, captions/subtitles, and logos to videos.

* Formatting: Export videos in the correct formats and resolutions for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts).

* Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to understand the requirements of the video.

* File Management: Organize project files and backup footage systematically.

### Requirements:

* Software Skills: Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory. (You should know how to import footage, use the timeline, cut/trim tools, and export).

* Visual Eye: A basic understanding of timing, continuity, and storytelling.

* Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn new techniques and improve editing speed over time.

* Creativity: Ability to select the right music and visual style to make the video engaging.

* Basic Audio: Knowledge of adjusting audio levels (making sure music isn't too loud).
