Job Title:Video Editor – Performance Ads

Location: Work From Office (Wagle Estate, Thane)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

Teams work closely across creative and marketing functions to develop content that drives engagement and conversions at scale.

About the Role-

You'll be responsible for creating high-performing short-form video content that drives engagement and conversions. This is a hands-on role where execution, speed, and creative thinking matter more than theory.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Video Editing & Creative Production

• Edit short-form videos for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
• Convert raw footage into high-converting ad creatives
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and motion elements
• Ensure videos are optimised for platform-specific formats

2. Performance-Focused Content Creation

• Understand hooks, pacing, and retention to create engaging content
• Work on multiple variations of winning creatives
• Align edits with performance marketing goals (CTR, engagement, conversions)

3. Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the creative strategist on concepts and ideas
• Execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback and performance data

4. Trend & Platform Awareness

• Stay updated with trends on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Analyze what works and apply insights into editing style
• Experiment with new formats, transitions, and storytelling styles

Requirements-

• 0–2 years of experience in video editing (freshers with strong portfolios can apply)
• Strong proficiency in CapCut (PC/Desktop version is mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of short-form content and social media trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
