About the role

Lunar Wave LLC is hiring a UGC Video Editor to create high-energy, scroll-stopping short-form videos that drive real performance: clicks, conversions, and sales. You'll edit content designed for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, working closely with Media Buyers, fellow Editors, and the Creative Head.

What you'll do

Edit 1012 short-form videos daily for TikTok, Reels, and Facebook

Collaborate with Media Buyers + Creative Head to align edits with campaign goals

Follow social trends (hooks, pacing, formats, captions, transitions)

Own quality + speedevery video must grab attention from second 1

Edit with results in mind (CTR, conversions, salesnot just views)

What we're looking for

Strong editing skills in CapCut (or similar tools)

Hands-on experience editing for paid social ads (Meta/TikTok)

Solid sense of storytelling, hooks, pacing, and retention

Performance-driven mindset (you care about what converts)

Immediate joiner preferred

Comfortable working on-site in our Thane office
