Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage and creative briefs into engaging, high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, digital ads, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
• Create short-form and long-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, advertisements, and internal projects.
• Add transitions, animations, graphics, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
• Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, and basic video optimisation.
• Work closely with the Content, Marketing, and Design teams to understand briefs and deliver creative outputs.
• Ensure all videos are aligned with brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, transitions, and social media formats.
• Take ownership of projects from raw footage to final delivery.

Skills & Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and creative editing.
• Good knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and execute projects independently.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and creative mindset.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing previous work is preferred.
