We're looking for someone who's brilliant at finding, connecting, and building relationships with India's most exciting founders, creators, and thinkers.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to lead our post-production. You will be the architect of our final outputtransforming raw studio footage into polished, narrative-driven episodes and engaging short-form content.

What You'll Do

Edit Podcasts: Handle multi-camera syncing, audio mixing, and color grading for full-length episodes. Ensure smooth narrative flow by cutting filler words and dead air to keep the English conversation engaging.

Edit Long-Form: Create documentary-style YouTube videos using stock footage.

Edit Short-Form: Cut viral-style Reels/Shorts with fast pacing and hooks.

Visualize: Use Premiere Pro and After Effects to create cinematic, engaging visuals.

Requirements

Proficiency in Premiere Pro & After Effects.

Strong command of the English language to understand conversational context and create accurate subtitles.

Portfolio must show Long-form (Storytelling) and Short-form (Reels).

Based in Ahmedabad.
