Role Description

We are looking for a Talking Head Video Editor who specializes in editing UGC-style videos where creators speak directly to the camera. The focus is on hooks, pacing, captions, and performance-driven edits for ads and social media.

• Edit talking-head UGC videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok & Meta Ads
• Create strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
• Add subtitles, jump cuts, b-roll, emojis, sound effects, and music
• Create multiple variations from the same raw footage
• Optimize edits for watch time, engagement, and conversions
• Work closely with the marketing team on feedback and iterations

• Proven experience editing talking-head / UGC videos
• Strong understanding of short-form content and ad creatives
• Proficient in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut (After Effects is a plus)
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and trends
• Comfortable working on-site

• Experience with performance marketing creatives
• Knowledge of UGC ad frameworks and hooks
