We're looking for a reel-native Video Editor who lives inside trends, scrolls instinctively for hooks, and understands how to keep attention in the first 3 seconds. If motion, pace, and storytelling are your playground let's talk.
What You'll Do
- Edit high-volume short-form content (Reels/Shorts) with sharp pacing and high retention
- Craft strong hooks, clean transitions, and engaging storytelling
- Add VFX, motion graphics, overlays, and sound design using After Effects
- Deliver polished final outputs colour, cleanup, refinements
- Work across multiple projects at once and maintain speed + quality
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 23 years of strong short-form editing experience
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects
- Strong motion graphics, transitions, pacing, and sound design
- Excellent finishing sense polish, lighting fixes, fx cleanup
- Ability to deliver high-volume content with quick turnarounds
Good to Have
- Experience editing fashion, lifestyle, or creator-led content
- A thumb on pop culture, trending formats, and viral editing styles
