Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Video Editor with strong expertise in Kapwing and AI-powered video tools. Person Will Work Specifically for our regional language channels that we are trying to build.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, dubbing, and subtitling high-quality video content with fast turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit and produce high-quality videos using Kapwing and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ensure clean visuals, smooth transitions, and professional output.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (social media, internal use, marketing).
Subtitles & Audio Synchronization
- Generate accurate subtitles using AI and manual refinement when required.
- Ensure perfect text-audio synchronization across all video formats.
- Maintain consistency in timing, readability, and language accuracy.
AI Tools & Automation
- Utilize AI tools such as Eleven Labs, Caption AI, Kapwing, and similar platforms for dubbing, subtitles, and enhancements.
- Implement AI-based workflows to improve speed and efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging AI video-editing tools and best practices.
Regional Language Adaptation
- Handle AI dubbing and subtitling for regional language content.
- Ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy in translated or dubbed content.
- Adapt videos for diverse audiences while maintaining content quality.
Productivity & Turnaround
- Deliver projects within tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
- Maintain organized workflows for quick revisions and updates.
Key Requirements
Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Kapwing (mandatory).
- Proven expertise in subtitle generation and text-audio synchronization.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Eleven Labs, Caption AI, Kapwing, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience working with regional language content (AI dubbing, subtitles, adaptations).

- Excellent video editing and storytelling skills.
- High attention to detail, especially in subtitles and timing.

Educational Qualification
