We're looking for a new-generation Video Editor who understands modern content styles and is adaptable to evolving content preferences. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhopal for someone who wants to grow long-term with a fast-moving content team.
Role Overview
You'll be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling YouTube long-form videos that hold attention, tell stories with emotion, and align with our content strategy. The role blends creativity and precision from narrative flow to high-quality visuals and sound.
You'll work closely with us, coordinating regularly, handling constant feedback, and making timely revisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit YouTube long-form videos with strong storytelling and retention focus
- Create motion graphics and dynamic visual elements
- Edit Instagram Reels and other social media video content
- Ensure high-quality visuals, pacing, transitions, and sound design
- Perform sound editing, cleanup, and basic audio mixing
- Coordinate continuously with the team for corrections and changes
- Deliver work on time without delays timelines are non-negotiable
- Adapt editing style according to our content preferences and evolving formats
- Mandatory Skills & Software
- Adobe After Effects (compulsory)
- Adobe Photoshop (compulsory)
- DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro (any one required)
- Canva
- Solid understanding of sound editing and audio cleanup
- Familiarity with YouTube content formats and Instagram Reels
- Strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and visual consistency
