About ISKCON Bangalore: ISKCON Bangalore is a non-profit organization that aims to promote spiritual growth and community service through the teachings of Lord Krishna. As part of our online communications department, we are looking for a skilled and experienced video editor to help us create engaging micro video content for our social media platforms.
Work closely with the online communications team to create short-form videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product suitable for publishing
Add special effects, sound effects, music, and text to enhance the video's impact
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to create compelling motion graphics
Manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines effectively
Stay up-to-date with new video editing technologies and techniques
Requirements
A minimum of two years of proven experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or social media agency
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro
Experience in creating micro video content for social media platforms
Experience in motion graphics with text
Strong understanding of video production techniques and storytelling principles
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
