Since 2021, Vizers Media (www.vizersmedia.com) has delivered video work for

brands like Uber, Gatorade, Corning India, Pepper Content, Leverage Edu & 54

more brands, across social media content, ad films, video podcasts, corporate

videos, and animated projects.

We're a lean, ambitious setup. And now, we're making our first hire.

This isn't just an editing job.

You'll be the first person on the team, which means you'll have a real voice in

how the videos shape up, and your name on the foundation of something we're

building seriously.

What you'll be doing

Edit and deliver video content across formats: social reels, ad films, brand

videos, podcast edits, and more

Work directly with the founder (12+ years in editing) expect real

mentorship, not just briefs thrown over a wall

Own your projects end-to-end, from raw footage to final delivery

Help shape the systems and workflows this team runs on

What we're looking for

Skills:

Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects (must-have) DaVinci Resolve (great

bonus)

Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling

13 years of hands-on editing experience

Mindset:

You take ownership if something needs doing, you do it

You're reliable and self-disciplined working remotely

You're curious about your craft and always looking to improve

You're comfortable figuring things out startups aren't rigid

Compensation & growth

Base salary: 12,000/month

We'll be straight with you the base is lean right now because we're building.

But your salary grows as the business grows. The goal is that within a year, this

looks nothing like your starting package.
