Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing video shoots across campus including events, interviews, guest sessions, and student activities.
  • Capture video content using cameras or mobile setups while ensuring good framing, lighting, and audio.
  • Edit videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube including reels, short-form videos, and long-form conversations.
  • Add basic motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to translate ideas and scripts into engaging video formats.
  • Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and video assets efficiently.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments and campus culture to support ongoing content initiatives.
  • Stay updated with social media video trends and editing styles relevant to Gen Z audiences.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in video production, editing, and digital storytelling.
  • Basic familiarity with cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording.
  • Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Basic understanding of motion graphics or tools like After Effects is a plus.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced content environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
