Job summary:

We're looking for a Video Editor / Content Creator Intern who can turn scripts, raw footage, screen recordings, and voiceovers into clear, engaging videos. This role is primarily focused on video editing and content creation, with basic motion graphics skills required to support the edit where needed. You should already be comfortable editing for Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video formats, and understand how to make content feel sharp, clear, and easy to watch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Editing short-form and mid-length videos for onboarding, education, feature launches, and internal communication.
• Creating platform-ready content for Instagram, YouTube, and similar digital formats.
• Working with raw footage, screen recordings, voiceovers, subtitles, music, and simple graphic overlays.
• Adding basic motion graphics such as text animation, title cards, callouts, transitions, screen highlights, and simple UI movement.
• Editing voice-first communication videos where clarity, pacing, and message delivery matter most.
• Creating multiple cutdowns and format adaptations depending on platform and use case.
• Using AI where appropriate for script support, voice drafts, subtitling, rough ideation, and quick visual experimentation.

Job Requirements:

• Tools (must-know) - Video & audio: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition or equivalent for basic audio cleanup.
• Design support: Photoshop for thumbnails, overlays, cleanup, masking, and simple asset prep.
• AI tools we use: ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Veo 3.
• Strong working knowledge of editing for Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content.
• Good sense of pacing, hooks, retention, captioning, and platform-friendly storytelling.
• Ability to edit clean live-action videos, explainers, and communication-led content.
• Basic motion graphics ability in After Effects or equivalent.
• Confidence in handling subtitles, voiceovers, audio cleanup, music balancing, and export formats.
• Ability to manage project files neatly and deliver shareable source files.

• Share 48 pieces that best reflect your editing skills, including: 23 videos made for Instagram, YouTube, or other short-form formats.
• 1 onboarding, education, or explainer-style video.
• 1 piece with basic motion graphics such as animated text, callouts, or simple screen/UI movement.
• 1 piece where AI played a role, and briefly explain how it helped.
• If any work was collaborative, clearly mention your contribution.
