Role Description We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who can create scroll-stopping ads for digital platforms. This role is more than just editing you should have a strong sense of what grabs attention, keeps viewers engaged, and drives conversions.

Experience: 0–1 Years

What you will Do

• Edit high-converting video ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging hooks, seamless transitions, captions, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Understand ad psychology and make creative decisions that improve watch time and performance.
• Work closely with the creative team to bring scripts and concepts to life.
• Create multiple variations of ads for A/B testing.
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
• Use AI tools to speed up editing and content creation (good to have, not mandatory).

What We're Looking For

• 0-1 year of experience in video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Ability to identify what makes an ad engaging and performance-oriented.
• Experience editing performance marketing, D2C, SaaS, or social media ads is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AI video tools like Runway, Veo, CapCut AI, Kling, or similar is an added advantage.

Must Have

• A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing ad creatives or short-form content.
• Ability to explain the creative thinking behind your edits.
