About the Role
We are looking for a fast, trend-savvy Video Editing Intern who understands Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral storytelling.
This role goes beyond editing - you will also work on AI video generation and prompt creation, helping us produce high-quality, scroll-stopping content using the latest tools and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
- Create engaging, fast-paced edits with strong hooks and retention
- Write effective AI video prompts for tools like Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.
- Translate creative ideas into visual prompts for AI-generated videos
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, formats, and viral styles
- Use AI tools for captions, voiceovers, upscaling, and enhancements
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and music sync
- Collaborate with content & design teams for campaign execution
- Repurpose content across platforms for better performance
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
- CapCut, VN, or mobile editing tools
- Understanding of:
- Short-form storytelling and pacing
- Hook creation in first 3 seconds
- Viral editing styles (jump cuts, zooms, subtitles)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Photoshop or image editing tools
- Understanding of AI video tools & prompting basics
- Ability to convert ideas into clear, detailed prompts
