Produce engaging visual content that communicates Spectent's brand story and product value. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation for a fast-growing B2B startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content including reels, explainers, and promotional videos
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy, storyboarding, and creative briefs
- Create short-form content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms
- Ensure all output meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and delivery timelines
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and other post-production elements as needed
- Manage video assets, project files, and delivery archives systematically
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Strong understanding of short-form content formats and platform-specific best practices
- Narrative sensibility: pacing, visual storytelling, and audience engagement
- Creative eye with attention to branding consistency and production detail
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior video editing work
- Experience with motion graphics or basic animation
- Familiarity with color grading and audio mixing fundamentals
