Video Editor Intern

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for an extremely proactive, creatively sharp Video Editor Intern who lives and breathes short-form content.

This role is for someone who doesn't just edit videos — they understand trends, move fast, experiment with AI tools, and actively bring fresh content ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video Editing

• Edit high-performing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads
• Create scroll-stopping edits with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and trend relevance
• Work on multiple content styles: luxury, UGC, cinematic, performance marketing, and AI-enhanced content
• Turn raw footage into polished, platform-optimized content quickly

AI + Prompt Engineering

• Generate ultra high-resolution clips using AI tools like VEO 3 and similar platforms
• Write strong prompts for cinematic, realistic, and brand-specific visual outputs
• Experiment with AI workflows to improve content quality, speed, and innovation
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools for video generation, enhancement, and automation

Creative Execution

• Collaborate with content strategists and designers to execute concepts
• Bring proactive ideas for trends, hooks, transitions, and new content formats
• Understand brand tonality and adapt editing styles accordingly
• Take initiative without waiting for constant direction

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong command over CapCut
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of short-form content psychology and retention strategies
• Knowledge of prompt engineering for AI-generated visuals
• Familiarity with AI tools like VEO 3, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc. (preferred)
• Good sense of aesthetics, pacing, sound, and visual storytelling
