Understands timing better than effects

Is patient, observant, and willing to rewo rk until it feels right

You don't need to be advanced.

You do need narrative sense.

What You'll Learn & Do

Edit short-form and long-form videos for brands & creators

Turn raw footage into clear, emotional stories

Work with scripts, music, silence, rhythm, and pauses

Learn pacing, retention, hooks, and payoff

Collaborate with writers, designers, and strategists

Improve edits through structured feedback

This is an editing apprenticeship, not a task role.

Tools (Basic Knowledge Is Enough)

Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects

Basic understanding of:

Cuts & pacing

Music sync

Simple sound design

After Effects is a bonus, not mandatory

We care more about story sense than flashy effects.

Over-edited, empty videos

Editing that exists only to look cool.

Editors who rush instead of refining
