# Video Editor
**Location:* Ranchi (In-office)

## About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with editing tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut**, and who brings genuine enthusiasm for storytelling through video. We value curiosity and a growth mindset — someone who stays updated with trends, new techniques, and the ever-evolving world of content creation.
## Key Responsibilities
* Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, YouTube, and other platforms.
* Work with Premiere Pro and CapCut (and other tools as needed) to cut, trim, sync audio, add transitions, effects, text, and graphics.
* Collaborate with the content/marketing team to understand video briefs and bring ideas to life.
* Add background music, sound effects, voiceovers, and captions/subtitles as required.
* Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content.
* Stay updated with the latest editing trends, formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.), and industry techniques.
* Organize and manage video files, project assets, and version control efficiently.
* Take feedback constructively and revise edits to meet quality standards.
* Continuously learn new tools, software, and techniques relevant to video production.
## Required Skills
* Working knowledge of **Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut**.
* Basic understanding of video formats, resolutions, and export settings.
* An eye for pacing, timing, visual storytelling, and detail.
* Willingness to learn new software, trends, and techniques.
* Curiosity about the world outside — trends, culture, social media, and content styles.
* Good time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
## Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
* Understanding of color grading and correction.
