Shortlisted Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Motion Design, Product Video, or UI Animation
• Strong portfolio with software demos and UI animations
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of animation, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
• Ability to simplify and present technical concepts clearly
• Knowledge of screen recording, video editing, and post-production workflows
• Experience maintaining brand standards and accessibility requirements
• Strong attention to quality, file management, and version control
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage multiple projects effectively
