About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Video Editor/Motion Creative to create sharp, high-impact corporate and B2B video content across short- and long-form formats, taking footage and raw assets and editing them to project specs. The role requires foundational storytelling instincts, editing precision, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end video workflows in a fast-paced remote environment. You will work closely with the content and strategy teams, implement stakeholder feedback on drafts, and deliver finished content that meets brand and platform standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short- and long-form videos for website, social media, and campaign use
• Contribute to video ideation and format decisions where relevant
• Ensure all content meets the marketing team's specifications and brand guidelines
• Incorporate creative notes and revisions from stakeholders
• Review projects for brand consistency and accuracy
• Manage and organise project files and assets

Requirements

• Portfolio/showreel showcasing relevant work is mandatory along with resume/CV 
• Solid grasp of editing principles - pacing, sequencing, visual storytelling with a keen eye for technical details and aesthetics
• Strong maturity to decode B2B briefs and deliver high-quality corporate videos
• Possess a deep understanding of video production workflows, editing software, and visual effects pipelines.
• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex video concepts to non-experts
• Be able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant video editing experience
• Existing professional experience in a video-centric role (e.g., video editor, filmographer, VFX specialist, motion artist, or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent editing software
• Working experience with supporting softwares like Adobe Suite or Figma to create visuals
• Familiarity with production styles, video encoding formats and file transfer tools
• Sound design or audio mixing ability
