Growthify is a performance marketing and e-commerce growth agency that helps brands grow through paid advertising, SEO, Shopify, creative content, and retention marketing. Studio FrameLabs is our in-house creative studio focused on UGC videos, lifestyle content, AI-powered creatives, e-commerce statics, and brand visuals. It helps brands turn marketing strategies into high-quality, performance-focused content.

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Ahmedabad. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for digital campaigns, social media, and brand communications. 

• Strong in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with a good understanding of the rest of Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knows the difference between copying a design and actually designing it.
• Has a basic understanding of prompt engineering, as we use AI tools in our workflow.

• Has an opinion on the work they do, not just execution. Actively questions briefs and takes initiative without always being told what to do.
• Likes working with processes and builds and maintains an asset library as a regular habit, not as a one-time task.

• 3 to 4 heavy, graphically animated long-form videos every month. These will be mostly After Effects driven, with minimal audio and video editing.
• A minimum of 10 to 15 short-form videos (25 to 30 seconds each) every month. These will primarily be UGC videos that can be easily edited in Premiere Pro.
