About The Role
We are looking for a creative professional who is equally strong in video editing and graphic design. This role involves transforming raw footage and brand directions into engaging visual content across multiple formats. You will work closely with the Visual Director to create high-quality videos, graphics, and marketing assets while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities Video Editing (50%)
- Edit short-form content including Reels, Stories, Event Recaps, and Member Features.
- Edit long-form content such as YouTube videos, Event Films, and Member Spotlights.
- Handle sound design, color correction, pacing, and final output quality.
- Deliver quick-turnaround edits for time-sensitive content without compromising quality.
Graphic Design (50%)
- Design social media creatives, posters, and marketing collateral.
- Create print materials including flyers, signage, and member-facing assets.
- Maintain and update brand templates and design assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
Collaboration & Asset Management
- Organize and maintain footage, design files, and creative assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Visual Director for reviews and approvals.
- Support creative projects from concept to final delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both disciplines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to incorporate feedback.
- Must be based in Bangalore.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with After Effects.
- Motion Graphics or Animation skills.
- Knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with Sound Design or Color Grading.
- Familiarity with Fitness, Sports, Lifestyle, or Community-led brands.
- Interest in climbing, outdoor sports, or fitness communities.
