Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can create engaging, story-led visual content across digital and offline platforms.
This role goes beyond basic editing we need someone who can think like a creator, leverage AI tools, and produce content that captures attention and drives results.
You will be responsible for end-to-end creative execution from ideation to final delivery ensuring alignment with brand, audience, and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Video Production
- Manage end-to-end video and graphic deliverables (concept storyboard execution delivery)
- Create short-form videos, reels, ads, and motion graphics for social media and campaigns
- Edit videos with sound design, transitions, effects, and animations
- Produce story-driven videos, not just basic edits
Design & Branding
- Develop creatives aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Design for social media, email campaigns, infographics, presentations, and digital/print creatives
Storytelling & Content Thinking
- Convert ideas and scripts into engaging visual narratives
- Structure content with clear hooks, engagement flow, and strong call-to-actions
- Focus on improving watch time, engagement, and conversions
AI & Creative Automation
- Use AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and production quality
- Work with tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, DALLE, HeyGen, Synthesia, Descript
- Apply AI for ideation, storyboarding, and visual enhancement
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with marketing and performance teams to deliver high-impact creatives
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all assets
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and tools
- Bring new ideas for content, campaigns, and brand storytelling
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in video editing, graphic design, and motion graphics
